Our Free Yoga and Prayerful Meditation Class offers a peaceful space to care for your body, mind, and spirit.

You don’t have to be a member of our church—or any church—to participate.
This class is open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability.
Come experience the peace that comes from stillness, community, and the presence of God.

About the Class

This gentle, beginner-friendly class combines light stretching, mindful breathing, and guided prayer.
Led by John Phillips, each session helps participants release stress, increase flexibility, and open their hearts to the presence of God.
You don’t need any experience with yoga—just a willingness to slow down and listen.

We believe that taking care of your physical health is also an act of spiritual devotion.
As the Apostle Paul reminds us, “Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:19).
In these classes, we learn to honor that temple and find peace in God’s presence.

Bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
